Celebrating Bold Ambition: Silver Bell Group at Payoneer’s 20-Year Ambition Hackathon

When most people think of outsourced support, they imagine distant teams handling calls with scripted responses and little personal touch.

But Silver Bell Group is rewriting that narrative. On a global stage. At the invitation of Payoneer, in celebration of their 20th anniversary, our founder Marko Dubočanin was selected as one of the featured leaders at the Ambition Hackathon NYC—a one-day event designed to transform bold ideas into tangible business growth.

At this one-day strategy sprint, Marko will join 19 other international business leaders to reimagine what bold progress looks like. He’ll showcase Silver Bell Group’s evolution from a regional BPO provider to a pioneer in multilingual call center services, merging human empathy with next-generation solutions.

With a plan to scale operations from 2 to 11 offices across Europe, Marko will introduce the concept of hyper-personalized video agents – AI-enhanced, yet human-led experiences that speak over 30 languages and feel personal, not robotic.

This vision is especially relevant for companies seeking call center services that crave more than efficiency. The systems and mindset Marko is building aim to help brands move past transactional support and toward long-term, emotionally connected customer relationships.

Marko isn’t reacting to AI, he’s using it as a tool to create a future where technology supports, not replaces, human interaction.

At the heart of Silver Bell Group’s mission is a belief that innovation should serve people, not distance them. By blending technology with a human-first approach, we’re not only adapting to the future of customer experience—we’re shaping it.

That’s why we’re honored to stand alongside global changemakers at Payoneer’s Ambition Hackathon, where bold ideas aren’t just celebrated, they’re built into action plans.
