From Booths to Breakthroughs – Silver Bell at CISCE 2025 – Interview with Igor Ristovic

CISCE 2025 in Beijing marked an important step forward for Silver Bell Group. We came to understand the market, meet decision-makers face to face, and test where we stand among some of the most influential players in the global market. What followed were meaningful conversations, sharp questions, and unexpected alignment with companies looking for something different. This is what stood out.

To unpack what really happened on the ground, we sat down with Igor Ristović, our Division Manager who went with our delegation to Beijing. Here’s his take on the moments that mattered.

1. Opening Doors – First Encounters That Mattered

Out of all the conversations you had at CISCE, which ones felt like more than just networking? Which moments made you pause and think: “This could shift something for us”?

It was amazing, an unforgettable experience! The team spirit was incredible, and a few key conversations truly felt like game-changers for Silver Bell Group.

2. Why Us? What Made Silver Bell Stand Out?

It was about how we listened. Really listened. We asked the right questions, we understood their pain points, and we didn’t pitch – we connected. And because of that, some of those first chats are already turning into serious next steps.

3. Owning the Room and Competing With the Best

You were standing shoulder to shoulder with brands like Nvidia, FedEx, Huawei. What made you feel like we belong in that space?

Absolutely – standing next to brands like Nvidia and Huawei, you realize you’re playing in a serious league. But we didn’t feel like outsiders. We knew why we were there. We had something to say and people listened.

4. The Human Code – Doing Business Across Cultures

Business in Asia isn’t built overnight. What did it take to earn trust ? Do you feel our multicultural DNA gave us an edge?

Trust came from respect, patience, and a real effort to understand how things work there. But truth is, we didn’t start from zero. We’ve already been working with big Chinese partners, and that made a difference. The doors were open – and once inside, it was our multicultural mindset that helped us connect. It’s about knowing when to talk, when to listen, and how to move with the rhythm.

5. What Comes Next?

You opened doors in Beijing – now what?

The doors we opened in Beijing aren’t just leads – they’re opportunities we know how to act on. We’re not figuring it out as we go. We’re a sharp, well-aligned team that knows how to turn momentum into movement. Everyone’s clear on the mission – and that’s why we move fast, follow up smart, and build things that last.

Looking Beyond the Expo

CISCE 2025 was just the beginning. What started as conversations across booths is already growing into something more. As we follow up with our new partners across Asia and beyond, we remain committed to what set us apart: genuine dialogue, local understanding, and global ambition.
